Return Eligibility
- Customers can request a return within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging and condition
⚠️ Products with opened or damaged packaging will not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Charges
- A fixed ₹150 return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for arranging the return pickup/shipping if required.
Refund Process
- Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned package.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days.

⚠️ If bank details are not shared, we will not be able to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Damaged packaging
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
